Hmmm…let’s start with a few words to describe me. I am cozy, loyal, funny, neat, quirky, curious, loving. And on the less flattering side…worried, passive (super-dreaded moniker bestowed by “Mummy”), people pleaser, emotional eater. And “what” am I…mother, divorcee, sister,  friend, photographer, administrator, half a health coach, swimmer, yogi. Am I enough? Am I worthy of my biggest dreams? What “should” I be?

“The most interesting people in the world are interested people.”

Curiosity is amazing. With each stone turned over, I learn new information about who I am. Discovering this from the inside out, rather than the outside in, has been a revelation. This quest for self knowledge becomes quite addicting, as pieces of the “puzzle of me” begin to fall into place.

At my core, I am a classic Cancerian, (described “to a T” in Zodiac Fire’s 21 secrets of the cancer personality). For me, it all distills down to Head, Heart and Home. So here we are!
